We would like to reassure you that there are no hidden charges or registration fees for placing a therapist with you. Our pricing structure is straightforward and designed to be transparent.

What do our charges look like?

Accepted Answer

Payment for the first lesson is required before the session starts. This can be made via PayNow or bank transfer. After the first two weeks, a second payment covers the remaining sessions. From the third week onwards, payments are made directly to the therapist weekly or monthly, depending on the arrangement.

What if the therapist or client cancels the session less than 3 hours before the first lesson?

Clients must notify Special Needs Tutoring of changes, postponements, or cancellations within the first two weeks of sessions. For postponements, at least three hours’ notice is required. If less than three hours’ notice is given, the therapist may claim wasted time and transport costs, up to one class fee. The commission amount remains unchanged. A no-show without notice may lead to discontinuation of the professional relationship.

What if the therapist is not suitable after the first lesson?

Special Needs Tutoring will arrange an immediate change of therapist at no additional cost if the match is not suitable. However, lessons already conducted with the previous therapist still need to be paid for.
