After the initial two-week period, subsequent payments will be made directly to the therapist as agreed, based on the frequency of the sessions.

Payment for Subsequent Sessions:
- After the first two weeks, a second payment will be issued to cover the remaining sessions.
- From the third week onwards, payments will be made directly to the therapist either weekly or monthly, based on the arrangement made between you and the therapist.

Client Responsibility:
- Clients are required to notify Special Needs Tutoring of any changes, postponements, or cancellations within the first two weeks of sessions. After the two-week period, the client will need to liaise directly with the therapist.
- For any postponements, we kindly ask that clients inform Special Needs Tutoring at least three hours prior to the start of the session. If less than three hours’ notice is given, the therapist has the right to claim for the wasted time and transport costs, which will not exceed the intervention fee for one class.
Commission Policy:
- The commission amount remains unchanged, even in cases of cancellations or postponements.
Therapist Responsibility:
- We highly value our therapists and the positive impact they have on our clients. However, it is essential that all scheduled appointments are adhered to. A no-show without prior notice is disruptive to both our clients and the overall schedule.
- Please be aware that if a no-show occurs without proper notification, we may need to consider discontinuing the professional relationship, as reliability and punctuality are key to the smooth operation of our services.
